"We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a situation with different arrival times and detail oriented action, and the hotel and their transportation staff managed it beautifully. They made every effort to ensure that everything that was needed was reasonably accommodated. The staff were friendly, courteous and eager to help and make it a comfortable experience for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of scrumptious dishes, including healthier options for breakfast. Custom requests were adeptly managed. Overall a very clean and well-maintained property, beautiful rooftop pool and located in a central area close to shopping and amenities. Golconda Fort, several temples, the Birla temple, necklace road, Charminar and the adjoining market, are all within 20-40 mins drive. The only complaint I have is that during a particularly hot week, the temperature in the room wouldn’t go below 21.5 degrees despite setting it lower. Same for the gym."

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained, which completely ruined the overall experience. The condition of the room was unacceptable — the flooring was broken and uneven, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to even walk around. There was a constant bad smell in the room, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in a long time. To make matters worse, the AC was not working properly, which is simply unacceptable, especially when staying in a hotel where basic comfort is expected. Despite paying for the stay, there was no sense of value or comfort at all. Overall, the hotel lacks basic maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money."

"I was very unhappy with the check out process before I could settle the bill they had come to the room and started cleaning!! I had all my important documents in the safe did not even give me time to take it out!! Till today I have not got a phone call from the manager!! "
