"we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Checking in was contact-less through the kiosk when entering the builiding, and was an easy process. Everything was really clean and the location was perfect with the subway a short walking distance and lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. "
