"We were in the family suite that slept 4. There are only one of those. The room came with access to a semi private terrace also on that floor. Free breakfast buffet was small but very tasty. They have a delivery zone on the 2nd floor… BUT most of the restaurants listed never once opened during our stay. Convenient for those getting work done at Gangnam plastic surgery clinic. 2 convenience stores close by. Elevators and lobby is tiny and often crowded with luggage storage. "

"Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Super clean in lobby, elevator, corridors and room. Convenient transportation, make sure you learn how to reserve taxi-Kaokao app. There’s no breakfast despite what the description says. "

"Pros: Generally a nice stay with clean rooms. Staff were kind and helpful. Luggage storage in the lobby was awesome because they had lockers. Cons: Pillows were a bit hard and the drain made a lot of noise (mildly disruptive while sleeping). Lots of options for breakfast but the food was a little bit more cafeteria vibes than boutique hotel vibes."

"This hotel was super pet-friendly, which meant every elevator ride came with the delightful possibility of a surprise dog sighting. We weren’t traveling with pets ourselves, but honestly the occasional elevator pup cameo made our day every time. The location was perfect—walkable to tons of great spots, and if we needed to go farther, it was about a 15-minute taxi ride in pretty much any direction. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, which always makes a stay feel extra special. And bonus points for the little coffee shop inside the hotel—it was so delicious and quickly became part of our daily routine."
