"My mother in law was the one that went with my son and I didn’t realize I should have put ten her name on the reservation but they were very accommodating and nice about the whole situation so thank you for making their trip enjoyable."
"This is a nice hotel that has pretty clean rooms. Fairly priced and the staff was pleasant. It was nice to hear two of the people cleaning rooms quietly laughing with each other and they were very friendly and welcoming. The woman at the front desk when we checked out was also very nice.
Two negative things that stood out.
For someone that has allergies to many fake fragrances, this place is going to have a negative impact on how you feel. The rooms themselves were not awful but they use fragranced sprays and likely perfumed laundry detergent and when I woke up in the morning I could barely open my eyes and felt terrible until I was outside for an hour or so.
The lobby is saturated with fragrant smells and I immediately felt it while in that area.
Also the carpet going up the stairs and on the landing to the second floor is very stained and dirty and gives a terrible first impression.
That said overall it is a nice property in a convenient location and overall the rooms were clean and in good condition."
"Very unique theme decorated hotel. Great atmosphere and layout.
Very spacious and many amenities.
Comfortable bed, although the pillows were to thick and big for me. I would have preferred flatter pillow."
Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lancaster Amish Country
10/10 Excellent
"The room was very clean. They had coffee all night just off the beaten path, but easy to get to and quiet. The breakfast was fine. I wish they would’ve had a little more selection."
"The front desk personnel is awesome. Those people love their job and will do whatever they can to help you have a great stay.
Our (half) Caboose was clean and quiet, like a tiny house. Great experience.
They could have some table to stay outside the "room" , will be a positive thing."
"This is an older property but well maintained and has few amenities. The hotel was quiet which was great even though it was next to a busy 2 lane highway, not much traffic noise.
The room was clean (except for the bathroom fan was dirty). Cute country decor in room and hallways. Bed was ok. Towels were ok. Small refrigerator in room. Microwave at end of hallway of floor (not in room). No coffee in room but had morning coffee in lobby. No alarm clock. Windows had only a blind on them with a valance, alot of light shown in (black out curtains for night time would be a great addition). Good value for the price"
