“If you are booking strictly on price or location, then go for it. I honestly thought the location was perfect, and the price - aside from the hidden 69 dollar non-refundable security deposit- was pretty good. Don't expect any hospitality on early check-in or late check-out unless you want to add 40 bucks. But if you are a germaphobe, steer clear. This place has filthy walls, black streaks, greasy or god knows what spots everywhere and really needs a paint job. More repairs are needed including...
