"All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. All amenities were is good shape and the breakfast was definitely adequate for my needs. Will definitely return to this property in the future. "

"Hallways were dirty needed to be swept out. Looks like doing some maintenance on first floor hallway. Rooms were very clean had to go get bathe towels none in the room. Breakfast not the best."

"Our stay was not the best . When we arrived we were greeted with a nice lady at the front who even asked why we came to the hotel in the first place , we told her to swim with the kids , she didn’t mention the pool was closed at all . Kids got dressed for the pool , it was a sign on the door that stated the pool was closed for maintenance ,at that time she wasn’t at the desk anymore and a gentle man was and he let us in to swim still said they just didn’t open it for the day . We swim about two hours then got out, a few hours later they said the pool was closed for the night and would open back up at 9 in the morning . We went down for breakfast and the same lady was back and we asked about the pool again to be sure and she said it was closed still and would not be opening back up that it was dangerous because of the chemicals but still the day before we were allowed to Swim For two hours. Which is strange , my kids were highly disappointed. Wifi was a bit confusing , tv outdated could not connect to our phones. Hotel was clean though. Just fix the pool Issue and everybody get on the same page . If the pool was closed she should have told me as soon as we got our keys when I told her that’s what we were here for , would have still stayed and saved us the disappointment atleast ! "

"The parking lot was okay. I felt customer service should have been better. The first attendant didn't tell me about parking, incidental prices, nor did she tell me about the Wi-Fi. The second attendant told me all of this."

"No staff after 4:00 pm or at all on Sunday. We had no toilet paper and didn’t receive any. You have to do everything through a kiosk. No comforter or quilt, just two sheets."

"Had to change rooms after first one was very musty. Staff was good but other guests were loud all night i assume due to the cheap room rates the cliental it brings in"

"The room coffee pot still had coffee pak in it. Hair was in the tub. I was thinking breakfast would have included some fresh fruit or hot items such as some eggs or hot oatmeal or even some type of meat. No type of assorted creamers. "

"Room was ok. It’s an older property. Friendly staff. Our refrigerator didn’t work and no hot water in sink. But overall, it was fine as we were barely in the room. "
