"The stay was excellent. The staff gets an A+! I love their customer service! This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I am considering making this a regular thing each month. The only issue I have is that they need to fix that other elevator. This is the second time I have come back within the span of a month and the elevator is still not fixed. Other than that, it's always a good experience to be at a place and feel comfortable"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf! The area around the hotel was very nice, with plenty of restaurants and convenient places nearby. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, which added a festive touch. The staff was extremely friendly, and the bartender was amazing! I tried the chicken quesadilla, which was hot and fresh, and the breakfast was also very good. When I visit again, I’ll definitely have to try the wings 😄. I believe the bartender’s name was Sarah, though I’m not completely certain, but she was great. On my way out, I was greeted by Ross, who asked about my stay and was very friendly. I mentioned that I couldn’t get my coffee maker to work, and he kindly provided me with coffee to go from the snack store, which I truly appreciated since I needed caffeine for the drive. I stayed in a two-room suite, and the spacious room was lovely. From the window, I could see a beautiful lake and lights outside, which made for a great view at night. Housekeeping was busy but still managed to clean my room during my stay and offered water and anything else I might have needed. I was initially skeptical about staying here because pets are allowed, but I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The experience was great overall, and I would definitely stay here again."
