"The property and rooms are dated. Much of the decor and furniture is many different styles, colors and old. There is no uniformity throughout the hotel. You can tell that the expansions were just added on without doing building adjustments. Making for many different stairways and hallways. And the grounds were not well maintained. We did not use the spa services so can't comment. The person who checked us in was pleasant and professional. However my overall view was that since it wasn't high season, the staff was not in any rush to make sure the hotel was ready for customers."
