“Beautiful hotel and a wonderful location but the best part of all is the food. It truly is a dining experience and was the best food I had my entire European trip.”

“Amazing nice one nice spa”

“The Dip&Drops hotel was recommended by some of our friends. So we decided to spend our time in the mountains here. We were greeted by a very lovely and helpful staff. The architecture of the whole place is amazing (lots of open spaces, different textures and fairly modern). We even got the chance to watch the world cup on the sunny outside terrace. For one day we rented some of their e-bikes to go to the Marbachalm. The service was very professional in the bike shop. Delicious food as well as...

“The attitude and level of service provided by the female staff member at the front desk on the ground floor were absolutely appalling. The sauna was out of order, and I could not understand why the steam room had not even been turned on. My children went there to warm up during a short break from swimming because the pool water was cold, only to find that it was not operating. Considering the quality of the facilities, the standard of service at this hotel is extremely disappointing. I would...
