Incredible setting and spectacular facilities. Every note was artistic and refined from the landscaping to the epic canyon setting to the deeply artistic cuisine. We came in the off season and the peace and quiet were transformative. One of the best resorts I have ever seen from the south of France to Hanalei, this place will exceed any possible expectation.

We were celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed the room with the outdoor hot tub. The food at the only restaurant was excellent but they were often over booked so had a difficult time getting in to eat. The spa services were amazing and just what we needed to relax. It’s a short drive from where we live but it feels so secluded and far away (in a good way)

The water temperature in the two swimming pools was quite cold and did not make for a pleasurable experience. The hot tub was fine. The staff and excursions from the Adventure Center were superb. Mike and his staff were very informative and friendly. The meals in the restaurants were good and the servers were friendly. I wish there was a little more variety in the menus.

Private and serene feeling! The casita was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and private. The pools were refreshing, relaxing with breathtaking views from every area of the resort! We took a UTV tour with Luke, it was exceptional! The cruiser bikes were nice to have. My husband and I took evening rides along the road around the property to see the mule deer. The breakfast at the Paradox grill was delicious, and the other meals there are good. The only thing I would suggest that would make this place 5 star resort and perfect would be to have air in the fitness room and someone at the front desk at all times.Over all, We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning!

The property is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. Everyone is so helpful and seems happy to be there. We ran out of dog food during our stay and Vanessa at reception brought us some of her own from home. They truly take care of you here! Awesome amenities, especially the adventure center! We loved our horse ride and UTV trip as well as the bike rentals and great hiking right from the property. Truly a peaceful and lovely stay.

The Gateway exceeded our expectations in every area. The staff was exceptional. Andrew went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of.
