They accepted over $400 and refused to cancel it because it was a "no show." They present themselves as a luxury hotel, but their customer service was that of a much lower class facility. I would not recommend booking here under any circumstances. They provided no service at all, but they kept my payment. "

"The hotel was clean and renovated. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was good as well. Overall everything was great. The only problem I had was the ice machine wasn't working on the floor I was on but everything else was perfect."

"Clean room. Facility is clean. Structured. Room very comfortable. Valet attendants go above. Courteous, helpful as I am handicapped needed care to load/unload. Once we learned the access to the hotel not being where the casino is was much easier. A lot of construction in the area. "
