"The check in process was horrible. We arrived 1 hour before check in and they told us it would be an extra $50. We declined. We came back at 4:40pm (after check in time) to a lobby FULL of other people checking in. Some rooms were not even ready and people were waiting for much longer than expected. The upper management needs to do something for compensation, but I don't for see that happening. Not a great experience overall, but it was somewhere to lay our head. "

"From the time I got there pull up to vallet parking where I thought me and my daughter would have help with out bags..everyone just pretty much stared at us no help at all..hospitality not good at all..the money I paid to stay there wasn’t worth it..didn’t have breakfast there or visit the bar..I refuse to spend more money somewhere with less hospitality..I would not stay again.."

"The hotel was absolutely stunning! Our room was amazing! Clean and everything we needed. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and check in was good but more information could have been given about amenities on site. Breakfast was confusing. It was hard to know which plates were clean and which were dirty. Lots of staff moving furniture and busy but no one really helping the guests on sight."
