"Really enjoyed my 4-night stay here! The staff, breakfast, room, location and price make this hotel a great option for visiting Ottawa. The STAFF here are warm and welcoming! Got some great restaurant recommendations. The hotel is close to lots of food places and even has free room service from a restaurant next door. The BREAKFAST selection is really diverse: fruit, eggs, bacon, sausages, coffee, water, juice, cereal, etc. This "mini" SUITE was huge: three sets of closets, a full kitchen, full bathroom, dining table, reclining couch, queen-sized bed, huge TV with lots of cable channels and a full work desk setup with a computer and a printer with unlimited printing. Only con was the AC was pretty loud but I was grateful for it nonetheless in the midst of a heat wave!"
