On arrival noticed parking was limited then unloading luggage noticed nothing is handicap friendly there were a not anything other than stairs we had to pull luggage up to get to the elevator. Then we get to room it was not clean I had to clean it, limited dishes no washing machine or dryer as any condo I’ve rented. To top it off it was roach infested. I do not recommend this place at all!!

Very nice quiet ,safe close to everything! Kitchen could use more stocking for convenience. Double bed was a pull out couch and mattress was very flat needs to be replaced !

The property is within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. Our particular unit had outdated appliances & the bed was placed on wooden blocks. I would suggest getting pest control on-site because we saw several roaches within our rented unit, too. Overall, it was a decent stay considering that nothing in life is perfect

The view from the back balcony was beautiful, but the furniture was outdated. There was no frying pan in the kitchen. Nothing to cook in the oven with. Dishwasher and microwave was from the 1990s.

The furniture and decor was a bit outdated. It was very centrally located, close to many restaurants and tourist shops you could walk to. The Ripley's Aquarium is fantastic! Thank you, Strickland family

The place is okay….Safety wise not recommended. Cleanliness is not up to the mark… Bed is making lot of noises.I would say property is in pretty bad condition …place is very stinky and smells bad…with smoke smell and felt very uncomfortable. Main door light didn’t work , Microwave’s not working,There is no light in the second bedroom.Staff was very responsive. Overall I will not recommend the place. One good thing is the property is located close to gatalinburg downtown. That is the position side. I would prefer for those who want to stay in the valley and don’t really care about the condition go for it.

The property was very nice overall. The rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious enough. The decor also made the space feel very homey and welcoming. The only issue we had was regarding the ac unit. Air didn't flow well throughout the whole space, due to the small vents. Would be better if there was a celing fan or another ac unit in the rooms.

We liked the location but having to walk up the hill to get back was hard. And there were a few things that were needed in the kitchen. Having to go to a different location to get clean towels was not okay i am glad i brought some extra from home.

Easy access to the 321 and 441 intersection. A little far to walk if you want to go to the opposite end of the parkway. Property has 2 bedrooms, with a bathroom off of each. A small kitchen area, and a sleeper sofa. We did enjoy the balcony as well, and looking out on the town.

This was a family trip to Gatlinburg, there are 5 of us. First off the beds were super cozy and soft and the water pressure in the shower was very good.

It was ok but not comfortable at all! Staying 5 nights I definitely needed a mattress topper or something to help with the uncomfortable mattress. To be an older place it was nice and close to everything. I give it an ok/average rating.

Great place!
The unit 201 was very clean and close to the stairs for easy access to parking. The walk downtown was down hill but the walk back was mostly uphill. I think they need add a recliner and more kitchen cookware is needed. Overall great place to stay. Watch for bears as we saw a mama and her cubs. Best part of the trip.

The condo was very old. 3 lights in living room did not work, struggled to slide the shower doors open or closed, no towel rack in one and other rack was somewhat attached with a hole below evidently where it used to hang. Wasp nest in fake planter on balcony, husband was stung. Could only get one TV to work. Toilet in front bathroom (worse) was loose. Decorating throughout needs updated and Christmas items removed. Want to venture back to the 80's book this one!

This was very nice. Very clean. I would recommend this condo. Very nice view of downtown. Easy walk to downtown. Just be ready for a good walk up hill on way back to condo. Plenty of hot water and the pool was nice to get in after fun all day. This is a great place to stay. JUST WISH THIS WAS PET FREINDLY

The property is centrally located, condo very clean and spacious. There were no blankets for the sofabed. The comforter was very thin same as towels. Other than that everything is great, recently remodeled. Would stay again!

Nice and spacious enough for a family of 3
It is located about 5-7 minutes drive from the center of the city, convenient enough to go anywhere around the town and in the neighboring areas. The property is not really updated like a hotel room but functional enough with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one is smaller than the other, fairly clean, except the decorative pitcher (flower vase?) on the table. It was dirty and a dead bug was inside. But we put it away during the stay so it did not bother us. The beds were comfortable, and the showers in both bathrooms worked fine. The dishwasher was a little tricky to use. You have to really push the door at the upper corner to shut it. The function button and the start button were a bit confusing (non responding for a while). But it was simple enough to figure it out somehow. Overall this place was nice, functional and spacious enough for a family of 3.

We stayed in #103 for the weekend. Condo was much bigger than expected and very nice. Parking was a little challenging as there are not many spaces available to park close the unit. Also wifi did not work well. Overall, I’m happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. :)

The room was nice and check in was a breeze but there was no hot water. I called the main number and left a message but got no response, so I had no hot water for the stay.

Terrible trip
Almost everything was broken, old and outdated. Broken toilet, tub was dirty and water wouldn't stop running, chair was broken, couch was ripped, floor felt as if it was falling in. We stayed in room 409 if you get this room you might wanna ask for another. They sent maint. to fix tub but he couldn't fix it. We asked for another rom they said they had none and were all booked at all the locations. Terrible. I emailed owners and have heard nothing back. Will never stay here again.

Not the hotel we booked
We booked gatlinburg chateau rentals. When I called they had us staying at another place laurel inn. They kept us at laurel inn so not as we booked The place is extremely small and beds were noisy and old so very bouncy. The stove and oven are very small much more like a kitchenette. The pots, dishes etc were extremely old and thankful I brought my own frying pan. They did not provide one. The fridge is small as well. I would not recommend staying here with a family.
