I don't think anyone cleans the floors. There is no carpet, which I actually like, but I think they may only sweep them. I don't think they mop or clean them. My socks were black on the bottom just from walking around the room. The bathroom reeked of unine. So I'm pretty sure they don't mop the bathroom floor either. There was a disgusting brown ring around the bottom of the toilet. There is no hot water for showers at all. It gets luke warm at best. No stopper in the bathtub so we couldn't take a hot bath. And the wifi didn't work.

Not what you see online
It’s nothing like the pictures show online. The rooms are old and not the cleanest. The pictures online are deceiving. There’s a lamp between the beds and that’s all the light you have in the actual room part. There’s a light in the bathroom and then one at the sink. Only one sink had hot water. You had to use the other one for that. There’s not very much water pressure in the shower. You get what you pay for. It was cheap and the room was cheap. I wouldn’t stay for more than 2 nights. If it were going to be a longer stay we would have chose another hotel.

I highly recommend staying somewhere else this place is full of mould the front desk staff is rude i asked for and extra pillow i was told no we were not given the wifi password when i tried to call and ask about getting a new room since this one was full of mould and ro get the password there was no answer at all

This property overcharged me $5.00 more than what I was supposed to pay. NO breakfast as described!!!!!! NO housekeeping during my whole two days there. NO ice machine!!!!! I was told to avoid this motel before checking in but since I already had reservations I figured I would go ahead and stay. Checkin was RUDE!!!

No breakfast?
Check in staff was not very friendly. Their website claimed free continental breakfast, however, nothing was available, not even an on the go breakfast. Very deceiving!

Dirty. Just just dirty. There was hair all over the bed shower and floor. The floor was so dirty the little white rug turned yellow when I laid led it down to get out of the shower. If there had been any other hotels with vacancies I would have just left and lost my money. The curtains where full of holes and broken so the wouldn’t close It was loud in the parking lots. Worst place I have ever stayed. I don’t mind old but the lack of cleaning and maintenance was terrible

This place is a trash hole .. rooms are filthy, no room service, our towels were dirty, sheets looked like they were not washed, tub and toilet were HORRIFIC. And that was the second room they showed us, the first room was even worse. Air conditioner is out of reach, microwave had no outlet and yet somehow was dirty. I will NEVER go back to this place. We had to scrub everything ourselves, buy sheets and towels because it was a holiday weekend. DO NOT STAY HERE

PLEASE Do NOT STAY HERE My husband and I stayed here and got sick from the mold and urine smell. But the staff was nice but the hotel is a health hazard stay at your own risk. The pool also didn’t work. At least the location was good. I would give the hotel negative stars if could 😢.

Disgusting Experience!!! Buyer Beware!!!
I will never utilize Hotels.com for any reason at all. The motel room that we paid for should have honestly been condemned. I have no idea how the city allows this business to operate in the condition that I along with other guests found our rooms. The room was infested with mold. There was dried feces or vomit on the walls and the toilet of the bathroom. The room smelled of cigarettes, mold and urine. There were insects found as well. It was absolutely so disgusting that my family and I spent the night in our vehicle because we were literally afraid for our health.

The rooms were very nasty. Well at least the room I stayed in. It smelled so bad and the air conditioner didn’t work in one of the rooms.

Nice inexpensive hotel. Bedding and room was clean. Breakfast area has waffle maker, juice machine, coffee and muffins. Make sure to read cancellation policy and timeline of it. They are strict about it.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The bunk beds was scary. Two of the bolts was coming out. Even though the bottom bed was screwed to the wall, it would shake a lot. The sofa bed had a strong cigarette smell. The best thing about our room was the bathroom. It was nice. Oh the bathroom door was coming out of the hinges. Overall it was good and especially for the price.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean. The room was very dated and needed to be worked on. The mirror over the dresser was crooked and could not be straightened. The linoleum in the hall closet was coming up all around the edges and looked dirty. The room smelled like it had been shut up for too long so kind of stale smelling. To change the temperature in the room my husband had to pull a chair over to the sink area and stand in it to reach it. My husband told me he was not getting ice from the machine. When he needed to go to Walmart to pick up a few things I didn’t want to stay there by myself. If we had not already paid for the room and it was non refundable we would not have stayed there.

Room was terrible dirty smelly needed painting floors were starting to come up chairs were filthy and room air conditioner/heater could not be accessed without climbing on the counter. Room was no where as good as website pictures. It.was so bad we did not spend the night!!!

I saw this had some bad reviews but had no choice because I couldn't find anything else available. I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not sure why but it was a beautiful room, very clean, friendly service and I couldn't have asked for better.

Jacuzzi was broke! Price was too high for the property. Cover on the bed was like a shower curtain, shower curtain rod feel, was wedged up with a piece of wood and a plastic cap, water pressure was low. Door was really hard to open, from inside and out. Swimming pool was falling in. I’ll never stay there again.

Horrible worst 1 night stay ever
Not the room I booked for, unsatisfactory, no heat and no ac, not able to use microwave, holes everywhere. Definitely would not pass codes. They refused to move us to a safe room.

DISGUSTING!!
Y’all, DO NOT stay here!! The website made it look so nice & we got here and there were toenails and black stuff ALL OVER the bed! The room was absolutely DISGUSTING. They have low rates for a reason. I am so over it. I have tried for days to get a refund for DAYS!!!!
