“침대 침구 진짜 안좋습니다. 방음 제대로 안되어 시끄럽습니다. 난방 잘 안됩니다. 다음부터 이용안할 예정입니다.”

“Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service.”

“We loved the feel of the place...light and contemporary decor. Stunning views and lovely pool to lounge by. Fantastic location and we visited Vinci and San Miniato (lovely restaurants) really close by. Of course went to San Gimignano and visited Lucca which we loved! Hotel highlights...breakfast and pool. The dining room is beautiful and I would have quite liked to have part of it as a lounge to grab an evening drink and relax whilst enjoying to view. Light lunches available in the daytime...

“We booked this by chance on the last day of the season and it did not disappoint. The level of warmth and responsiveness made our stay very enjoyable. From recommending and booking our restaurant reservations, to a wonderful breakfast and spa experience, this turned out to be a stay we wouldn’t forget.”

“Pros: Location Cleanness Good and friendly staff Cons: Low quality mattress. Did not feel relaxed laying on that mattress after long walks. Shower's hot water was warm 14 seconds then cold for 9 second and warm 14 seconds and so on.”

“We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...

“공단에 위치한 비즈니스 호텔에 가깝습니다 방은 넓고 청결하며 호텔 부대시설 주차장과 로비 및 휴계 공간은 넓고 좋습니다”

“가격대비 호텔은 운치있고 매우 좋습니다. 단 대중교통편이 좋지 않으니 차가 있으신분에게 추천 드립니다. 호텔은 매우 훌륭합니다.”

“Buona la camera. Personale gentile e colazione niente male”

“Un petit coin de paradis !”

“The hotel is a little dated but still nice, or room was small but ok”

“The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails.”
