"My sisters and I had birthday weekend at this resort. We truly were impressed with accommodations and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeous and lot of things to do on site. We would definitely come back . Great trip."

"Room was clean, shower good, tv easy to figure out. Exterior of the property was tired, dated, in need of repair. Common carpeting needed cleaning but really needed to be replaced."

"This is a small family business. The place is not modern its more rustic, but the owners are putting work into it and are wonderful hosts. She pays a lot of attention to small details. They do now have AC units in each cabin."

"Was there for a business trip. 2 nights, 3 rooms. Check in was easy, breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean. Hot tub and pool were good. The hot tub was hot, the jets were strong, and it was clean. The 2nd night, the hot tub was tepid, so we alerted the staff. Evidently, a breaker had flipped, but they fixed it and the issue was fixed within the hour."

"This hotel is right downtown. There is even a restaurant right next door that you can walk to. We stay here a lot when we come to Gaylord. It is inexpensive and the bed is comfortable. The staff are very nice too."

"The facility is a little rundown. Some efforts of repair were underway. But if you don't mind that, it is perfectly reasonable. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. TV and channels or better than I expected, bathroom was clean. There was coffee but no coffee maker. There was an ironing board but no iron. But if you can overlook some of these items, the price was very reasonable for the area."
