When I say this was bad… I mean it. And I’m not even one to leave a review. Our first room was so dirty (wad of hair in the tub, piece of a tampon wrapper on the floor, a cherry pit on the carpet… ) they moved us and the second room while I guess it was better than the first, still the paint was peeling and molding in the bathroom. This place was cheap but there was a reason for that. The advertisement images were wildly deceiving.

It was inexpensive compared to those around it, so you get what you pay for. It stunk , the carpet was filthy and the shower head trickled water. I tried to use the hair dryer but it wouldn't work because the plug was all broken

The front desk clerk was very friendly. The highlight of the hotel. The hotel itself was up there with one of the dirtiest and run down that I have ever stayed in.

Roy was awesome. The room was clean. Everything was old and obviously used. The building needed some love. The room with the pool seemed nice. We didn't bring suits so we just walked through. All in all it was good for the price. Thank you Roy for being such a help.

As soon as you entered the hallway you smell mold. The room had not been cleaned, garbage in the waste can, crumbs on the floor, ripped out furniture!!!! We contacted Expedia for help to get our money back, but they were unhelpful! I'm very disappointed in Expedia for even having this place as a recommendation to stay! I will never use Expedia again!!!

The whole building smell really bad. I got 2 rooms. In one room there was a dirty diaper in the garage and the tub had not been. cleaned good.. The other room had a use bar of soap on the floor between the tub and the toilet. No screen on the window. The windows were filthy. Would never get a room there again..

Very dirty, even the front doors of the building had a thick film of dirt on them. The first room we were put in to say it was BAD is an understatement. The curtains were falling down, bedding very messy, wrinkled like someone laid on them after the bed was made, mirrors looked like something was thrown on them, the bathroom was a just NO with what looked like urine on the wall by the toilet, and underwear hanging in the shower... Unfortunately, the second room wasn't cleaned at all, towels in a pile on the floor, bed not made, table full of garbage. The third room was ok, but this place needs some TLC. The saving grace for this place were the employees. The gentleman that was at the checkin desk and any other employee we encountered were very courteous, and helpful..

I did not stay there - I checked back out and had to pay for another hotel in the area for both nights it was totally horrible - the whole hotel smelled, everything was dirty, stains on carpet and walls, holes in walls, no window screens, even the door from the outside by my room not only would not lock but did not even close!!! Be happy to explain more - but I really want a full refund - HORRIBLE

Food was left in fridge. Garbage wasnt emptied. Toilet didnt completely flush. Outside garbage bins were overflowing. The shower sputtered. The beds were clean and comfortable, the wifi worked well, the TV was big and new. The property is very unkempt. Dirty looking hall carpets and walls. It looks like 40 years ago it was fun and lovely. Those days are done.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Dirty, stains on bed, bathtub was filthy. I got moved to 3 different rooms because rooms were horrendous. They would not give me a refund. Hotel owner will fight with you about everything and thinks nothing is wrong with the rooms. I was there 40 mins at the front desk and I witnessed 6 different customers come and demand refunds in that short amount of time. I took the loss on the refund and went to a different hotel. No way I would sleep in those rooms.

When you rent a room through Expedia, the property gives you the worst possible room they have in the worst possible location. It would be okay if the room cost $40 a night but I still pay close to $100 a night for the crapiest room they have. The room they gave me was in the way back at the end of a long hallway where they were remodeling the interior of the building at 9 AM in the morning. The workers were Mexican and lived in a room down the hall from the roommate occupied.

My experience at Travelodge was unacceptable from both a cleanliness and safety standpoint. Upon arrival, there was confusion locating my reservation. The room was unsanitary, with hair in the bathtub. They moved me to a different room with a strong smoke odor. Then cigarette smoke started coming through the bathroom vent, they did nothing for me. In the common areas, there was an active ceiling leak with no warning signage, along with unmarked, unsecured scaffolding accessible to guests—both clear safety hazards. The pool and hot tub were also locked during posted operating hours. The lobby was unheated and very cold. The staff was not welcoming at all. During my stay, I was confronted by the owner’s dog, which aggressively cornered me and barked, creating an unsafe environment. I was scared the dog was going to bite me. They did not apologize or say anything, she just got the dog behind the front desk. When I requested to check out early due to these issues, I was told it was up to Expedia. This was inaccurate, as the decision ultimately rested with the hotel. The owner refused to allow me to check out early without being charged for both nights. After a miserable night’s sleep, I left the next morning, paying for a second night I did not stay, and had to book and pay for another hotel an elsewhere. Overall, this property is not being maintained to a safe or acceptable standard for guests. It should not be open or allowed to house the public.
