A lil aircon problem when we were there but we are supplemented with another room for free with better airconditioning and a free motor for a day! I am impressed with their staff and their willingness to make it up for any inconvenience. Accomodating and responsive. The place has a common kitchen which makes it very good for groups and those who wants to save money as siargao can get really expensive! Will stay here again for...

"It’s quiet, staff are ok; the only thing I did not like about the property is check time which is 11am, 10:45am a staff rang the bell and reminded me that I have to check out at 11am which I knew, it seems like they want to get me out of the room quick so that they can get it ready for the next guest which I understand. They should have wait until 11am before they tell the guest that it’s check out time. Other than that I’m ok with the facility "

"We kept extending our stay and therefore tried a lot of different room types. All rooms are to a good standard, the delux is on the small side but manageable. Anything up from that is very good.
The staff are beyond helpful and kind, they couldn’t do more to help you and they also offer a free one way tuk tuk service which is very useful
The breakfast is great with fresh omelettes/fried eggs/scrambles eggs made to order as well as fresh fruit and pastries. The only downfall is the coffee is not good unless you pay for a proper one.
There is also free sups to use on the water any time you want and the hotel will organise all trips and excursions for you too. "
