I stayed here for 4 nights. I decided to stay here because this is a newly built hotel near my Fiancé’s house. On my 1st night i have to go to the front desk and let them know that the key they provided wont open my door, they send a maintenance guy to open my door using a screw driver. I have to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times because of this.
Then the front desk supervisor called me and notify me that its okay to just leave my room open because it is a safe area. When i requested to move me into a different room they downgraded the room type that i originally book.
The funny thing about this hotel is, the lady who’s waiting outside my room informed me that whenever i wanted to go outside i have to let the front desk knows whenever i wanted to go outside.
