I had a fantastic stay at Genova! The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating throughout my entire visit. Their hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.

Property was exactly like the pictures, and the property owners were very helpful when we had questions. The property itself is on a very busy alley with lots of noisy locals late into the night but the building itself is very secure.

Communication was horrible. They sent me the wrong location. I was in a very dangerous area with kids, luggage and frustrated because I was unable to find the place. They never sent anyone to check on us to help. I finally walked back to the train station with my kids and had to looked for another place to stay. The other place was not cheap at all.

Apartamento amplo e confortável, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Ótima localização no centro histórico de Gênova. Anfitriões muito gentis, comunicação muito rápida e eficiente. Boas indicações de locais para comer. Se pudermos voltar a Gênova, ficaremos de novo com a Happy Family

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, moderno, confortevole, grande. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Unico difetto la porta della doccia era mancante di una metà del cristallo. Appartamento da consigliare. Peccato per i vicoli del porto che al calar delle tenebre danno un senso di insicurezza e pericolo per via dei personaggi che vi si aggirano.

Appartement tres propre et moderne, spatieux et fonctionnel. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Appartement bien situe dans la vieille ville.

Für den Check-In müssen am Tag davor etliche Eingaben gemacht werden (Pass von allen Personen, Adresse von allen, .....) Danach den Rest der Rechnung bezahlen... Es geht, braucht aber Zeit und ist definitiv umständlicher als in einem Hotel. Die Unterkunft ist gut und vorallem zentral in der Altstadt gelegen.
