"Room had coffee stains, a questionable brown substance on the walls, nicks in the paint and scratches in the furniture. Crumbs on the floor. Sheets were fresh but its hard to tell if the rest of the room was attended to. No pool or hot tub. Staff was very friendly from valet to front desk. Breakfast was fine except the only table available was beneath a vent that we found out was dripping water (very slowly so hard to notice). Odd experience honestly, but the hotel does seem newer and is nice inside. Great location. Check in and out was a breeze. "

"I’ve never written a review but this was my worst hotel experiences here. The photos look nice, but the reality is completely different. When we arrived, the room was not properly cleaned, there were piles of cigarette butts on the balcony and hair in the bathtub from previous guests, which was honestly shocking. For two people staying three days, we were given only one towel and a single roll of toilet paper. There is no mini fridge in the room, and the TV didn’t even have a remote control. If you need anything (towels, toilet paper, or even a TV remote), you’re supposed to contact the front desk — but the front desk never answers. During our entire stay, we were told their phones were not working. The most unacceptable part: we received no housekeeping service at all for three days. On top of that, only one out of four elevators was working, so it took forever to go up and down. Also, there is no guest parking available the only option is valet, which costs $50 per day. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel."

"We had to change rooms three times in order to get the room that we paid for. Also, the bed was so uncomfortable! I have never had a worst night sleep in a hotel and I usually love sleeping in hotels."
