“The hotel was decorated for the holidays and was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were nicely decorated as well. I love the historical aspects of this hotel. We had dinner and breakfast at By George and they were both excellent. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It was a terrible hotel ever.
We had not stayed the room I reserved.
I booked including kitchen, but it’s not my room.
Complained hotels.com they heard Element gave us suite room for compensation, but it’s lies. I just got a studio standard.
The manager of this hotel has not reach out to us.
Hotel staff was just saying to talk manager.”
