"Booked for a week encompassing the wine festival in Bernkastel-Kues and as a base for cycling along the Moselle river. The apartment was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Good walks nearby through the vineyards were well signposted. The only disappointments were that there was no coffee filters, facial tissue, and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. The check-in was electronic and there is no personnel on site to assist in any way.
