A beautiful hotel. The design is amazing. The spa is mediocre. They don’t have a sauna. They don’t have a cold plunge. Just a steam room and a shower. At this caliber, being a new hotel, they should’ve invested in that.

Our room had a very bad smell- when I asked to move to another room, they had non available. I was told that they will put some air fresheners in the room but that was not done. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom on the 2nd day! Breakfast was ok, same thing every day. The staff does not know ...
