The campground was amazing. Will definitely go back. The cabin we were in was adorable and had all the stuff we needed. The rv site my sister was at was big and we used the golf cart rentals to go between them. The pools were great. As was the arcade and mini golf. Definitely recommend

Cabin was very clean and well maintained! Quiet campground. We only stayed for the weekend and both nights they had activities in the club house (bingo and casino games). For a longer stay definitely get a cottage with full size fridge, the mini fridge in mine was nice but not enough to hold food if there longer than 2 days

From check-in through check-out, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I sparked up a conversation with Brian, the man who cleans up the fire rings and outsides of the properties and what a sweet and hard working man he is. The grounds are beautiful. The campground is so much bigger than I’d appreciated. We had such a nice family vacation and highly recommend Drummer Boy to everyone! We are already planning our next trip and will bring our entire, extended family next time. Don’t forget your fishing poles and bathing suits! There’s a large, stocked pond with bass, catfish and trout. They have two pools which are very clean and refreshing. It’s a great place for families, couples or solo. You can even bring your dog if you follow the rules for that (leashing, etc.). Gettysburg is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. Sprawling fields, farms and forests enveloped in such rich history. The town has beautiful boutiques and excellent restaurants. We will be back! Thank you Drummer Bou!

My grandchildren loved the pool and the fishing pond! We camped at Drummer Boy a lot when our kids were growing up, and at the time we thought it was one of the nicer campgrounds in the area. We were a bit disappointed with the bath houses and thought they need updated (fixtures were all pitted and they just looked old). The cabins all looked as though they needed to be restained and the bathroom in our cabin needed updating and new flooring installed The light and fan on the microwave didn’t work and the table was sticky. It was just ok in my opinion.

This is camping, if you are looking a relaxing outdoor space this is it. Accommodation for my family of 6 was perfect. It gave us all what we needed in a place to stay while traveling south.

The location was great for getting to everything but being somewhere quiet as well. The only thing I didn't like was that it got a little hot in the cabin and you are not allowed to put the air conditioner down past 70 degrees.

Beautiful, big campground. Kept us in a secluded area, with lots of privacy and wide open space around us, but without missing out on any amenities, or access to the battlefield or Gettysburg area attractions. Great price, great cabin, great space.

We had some issues at checkin with getting keys to the correct property- and due to that ultimately stayed in the wrong cabin. However, the staff was quick to get us what we needed, and very friendly and helpful. We’d stay again!

Cabin had potential, but fails on cleanliness

Overall the cabin was dirty, beds were uncomfortable, major issue with ants, wasn’t a fan of the shower. A couple of positives were the location and fishing at the lake. Would never stay again, but glad we gave it a try. If we go back to Gettysburg, it definitely would be at the KOA.

Very convenient location with easy online check in and friendly staff. Cabin was cute and seemed clean until the ants and stink bugs appeared. Futon and bunk mattresses were not comfortable at all.
