"Great hotel - just as well as Cairo was a big disappointment! We booked the opera suite which was exceptionally good value. The club room was fantastic for evening drinks/nibbles and for breakfast. The staff at the hotel were fantastic - from checking in to the staff at the clubroom. Would recommend"

"Traveled for the 1st time to Giza/Cairo with my wife and a friend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience regarding this Hotel. It's a simple but beautiful hotel with a pretty beautiful rooftop as well overlooking the Great Pyramids, especially at night. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained and they've a pretty good size. But the best part of the experience was it's Staff. They are very friendly and amazing in every moment with us, especially our host, Alaa, that was available pretty much at any time of the day. But the rest of the staff deserve recognition as well for their hospitality"

"One of the good thing in this hotel is you will never get hungry. Free snacks and beverages are always served most of the time. Although the room is not so perfect, 'coz we're not lucky to reserve a room facing the pyramids, but you can always see the panoramic view at the roof top terrace anytime. And with regards to staff's customer service, the only word I can say is "bravo""

"Loved our stay at Nile Ritz Carlton. Staff were really helpful from organising airport pick up/drop off. To organising cars when required. Breakfast buffet was well worth it, with a good selection for everyone. Pool was awesome. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to returning some day."

"The hotel is in the perfect location in the middle of the Nile. However be forewarned, it is very, very noisy. The music from river boats blares until 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning. The pounding music from the disco goes on all night! The hotel seems to cater to a youngish, hip party crowd."

"Very good. Reception was a little slow and what would normally be a minor issue re room upgrade was more challenging than elsewhere. On the plus side, the shower was fantastic, house keeping excellent, concierge terrific, restaurants very good, breakfast good. The important question would I recommend the Four Seasonns, the answer is yes"
