"Spacious and clean rooms and the Nile view is great. The food service is a bit slow. On the day we left there was a pipe burst on a higher floor, it caused a massive flood! A huge amount of water flooded both stairwells and the elevators were shut down. We had to leave for our flight, only one person ..."
