"My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Prima Life Makadi. We truly enjoyed our stay and believe the hotel offers excellent value for money. We would happily recommend it and consider returning!
I’d like to share a few friendly suggestions to make the experience even better:
Room Cleanliness: Room cleaning seemed to focus mainly on emptying the bins, and bed sheets were not changed daily. A little more attention to daily housekeeping would make a difference.
Bathroom & Refrigerator: Shower water often spread onto the bathroom floor and room corridor, with no convenient way to dry it except by requesting housekeeping. The minibar refrigerator also did not cool properly.
Animation Team: The team works very hard and deserves appreciation. Having a team size more suitable for the number of guests, along with activities in different locations and at various times throughout the day, would make the entertainment even better.
Beach & Pool Towels: Convenient towel exchange stations near the beach and pools would be a great improvement, saving guests from carrying wet towels back to their rooms and waiting for replacements or drying them on the balcony.
These suggestions come with genuine appreciation. We loved the hotel's atmosphere and our family holiday, and I believe these small improvements could make Prima Life Makadi even better. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
