"Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. The main building and pool are under construction and not looking like they will be open any time soon.
We were the only guests at the resort (which was terrifying), so, they had very limited food items and a very small staff. We were handed a menu, but they had none of the items on the menu. The cabins were nice and clean, but our family cottage was at the back of the resort. This is where the terrifying part comes in!!!
