Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower
level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front
desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they
didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further, he did finally find us a king room on the second floor and begrudgingly took us up to look at it. It was decent and a bit cleaner, so we took it
and stayed the night. Our stay was ok and the room was
basically clean enough in the end. Perhaps it was a language barrier issue, but still a frustrating experience.
