“Room smelled like moose pee, water did not work. New room sheets were stained”

“Very comfortable and clean”

“Everything about this stay was great! The room was very clean and cozy. The staff was personable and helpful.”

“Helpful staff”

“Room was filthy. Dried white presence on tables vent filthy hair in beds gum on floor. Couldn’t even let my kids into room. Went to talk to staff was told that he personally cleaned it. Tried to get a refund but full of excuses from both the mustang motel and hotels.com. Save your time and money. Would have been cleaner to sleep in parking lot.”
