Well located if visiting Ryman Retirement Village or Beetham Retirement Village & across the road from Gisborne Hospital. Spacious, clean accommodation & Art the owner was very welcoming & happy for us to check in early as we had a function to attend at 1.30pm.

I had an amazing stay at this motel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a pleasant smell throughout. I especially appreciated the comfortable environment, which was perfect for my toddler who has autism. It was a calm, safe space for him, and he felt at ease. The motel is also conveniently located near a lovely park, which was perfect for our baby to enjoy. Overall, we enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay.

Spacious, clean room. Well equipped; had an actual oven. Free laundry was a nice touch. Knives need sharpening and could use a vegetable peeler. I could not find any recycling containers; that would be a positive addition. Otherwise great facility.
