"There was no air-conditioning in our room. I booked the hotel based on the understanding there was air-conditioning. The desk clerk said there was only air-conditioning on the third floor which was sold out. The staff did provide a fan and lots of free water. Other than the heat, the hotel was fine."

"Lovely room, very comfy bed, loved the balcony overlooking the bridge and the river. We had the breakfast which was good value - nice it was served on a tray, we could take to our room or we decided to have it outside. We'd have liked some seats here and there in the island to sit by the river."

"This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful town. Breakfast was good, as well, and reasonably priced. Parking was ample and free (yay!). Our only complaint was that our room had the strangest feature - there is a window (with an integrated mirror) from the bedroom into the only bathroom. That meant anyone using the bathroom (and there were 4 of us in the room) was in full view of anyone in the bedroom. I'm sure this is great for voyeurs, not so much for families traveling with adult children."
