"We stayed at the hotel for just one night as it was conveniently located close to the Pyramids and the GEM museum. In terms of staff, I would give a 5-star review. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment. Based on the reviews, we genuinely thought we had found a hidden gem. Sadly, this wasn’t the case.
