โThe view of this hotel did everything. The room condition for the price was good and it was nice to see the Pyramid Night Show from the room. If you stay more than 2 nights, the airport picks up free of charge, and the driver who picked us up was so kind. His name is Sabry. My thanks go to Sabry. And all the staff are so kind. โMy family stay here was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. Staff were very kind and attentive , making sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. My room was lovely clean and had a lovely balcony looking over the swimming pool. Restaurant in the hotel was the best and food was delicious. Hotel provided tour guide and car at an extra cost to see the pyramids and other sight seeing and it was all very worth it as I felt safe travelling with them with my family . โThe owner Gabry is so very kind and hard working. He's doing a great job making a place that's welcoming to everyone. It's very close to the market and he can organize any kind of your you need. โHad such a great stay at Rixos! Our favorite was the morning breakfasts on the roof, with our wonderful server Cucรบ (Kookoo) who would make it such a great experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and maintained well. Our room had the pyramid views that were priceless!
