โThe staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis donโt like picking up jobs in the area...

The staff were always willing to do anything for us, from advice on where to go and what to do, to offering services straight from the hotel.
It is located only around 3km south from the Pyramids of giza wich gives it a nice location to also visit Saqgara. You also don't get as much noise at night as you would do within either Cairo or further towards Giza.โ

โStayed in Egypt on a layover, decided to get a hotel in Giza to visit the Pyramids.
For anyone going to Giza, Mazar was an exceptional, albeit short stay. The staff were some of the most pleasant, and helpful people I met in Egypt.
We only got a basic room, but even then came at a very nice quality for the price.
Again, would like to state this was some of the best staff Iโve experienced at any hotel! โ
โStaffs are all very friendly and helpful. I was confused at the check-in when they request for my payment which was already finished via hotels.com. I think it is the basic knowledge that customer and hotel both know. If a customer might be confused due to his/her consecutive travels, the hotel must not be confused. When I showed the receipt from hotels.com, the staff said "I believe you." which makes me feel lying while proving my payment. I have travelled for decades, but this was my first...

The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk.

โWe were very happy with our stay here. The room worked perfect for us as a family of 4 with less than 24hrs in Egypt and the location was great for proximity to the airport. The room looked like it was recently renovated. Only complaint was that the road outside the hotel was very noisy at night but it didnโt seem to disturb the kids (1 and 3yrs) so overall it was fine โ
