โI used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. There was also no toilet paper. I had to get a roll from reception. The gentlemen at reception asked me to bring me another roll. I refused...

โThe staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!

โWe were very happy with our stay here. The room worked perfect for us as a family of 4 with less than 24hrs in Egypt and the location was great for proximity to the airport. The room looked like it was recently renovated. Only complaint was that the road outside the hotel was very noisy at night but it didnโt seem to disturb the kids (1 and 3yrs) so overall it was fine โ
