The staff were always willing to do anything for us, from advice on where to go and what to do, to offering services straight from the hotel.
It is located only around 3km south from the Pyramids of giza wich gives it a nice location to also visit Saqgara. You also don't get as much noise at night as you would do within either Cairo or further towards Giza.โ

โMy family stay here was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. Staff were very kind and attentive , making sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. My room was lovely clean and had a lovely balcony looking over the swimming pool. Restaurant in the hotel was the best and food was delicious. Hotel provided tour guide and car at an extra cost to see the pyramids and other sight seeing and it was all very worth it as I felt safe travelling with them with my family . โExcellent support and service from Mahmood, Ibrahim and everyone else that supported us at King Khafren during our visit. We had excellent tour support from Ibrahim and Mahmood made sure we were driven around and shown a great time. We had great restaurant recommendations and a brilliant tour guide called Fati who was enthusiastic, interesting and helpful. โ
โmy stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable the view of the pyramids from both the hotel and my room was absolutely breathtaking especially during sunrise and sunset the room was clean comfortable and perfectly positioned to enjoy the iconic scenery highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the magic of the pyramids right from their window โ

1) not provided hot water
2) bad room condition (table below too many dust...i think do too many do not cleaning)
3) too many mosquitos
4) in bath room, do not fixed shower hose...and then can't shower
5) old towel condition...

โHad such a great stay at Rixos! Our favorite was the morning breakfasts on the roof, with our wonderful server Cucรบ (Kookoo) who would make it such a great experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and maintained well. Our room had the pyramid views that were priceless!
