“I booked a Balcony Room, but upon arrival, I was given a room with only a window. Not a single staff member offered a sincere apology for the mistake. Instead, they only offered a single lunch as compensation, which is insulting given the price difference. It seems like this hotel intentionally overbooks their premium rooms and expects guests to just deal with it. I’m writing this so no one else has to go through this frustrating experience. Save your money and stay elsewhere.”

“아침 일찍 도착했음에도 얼리 체크인을 흔쾌히 해주셨고, 루프탑 뷰도 좋았습니다. 사장님이 인상과 달리 친절하시고, 체크아웃 땐 파피루스그림도 주시네요… 조식은 이집트 전통식 나오는데 먹을만해요. 저녁에 루프탑에서 그릴믹스 먹었는데 맛있었어요. 맥주는 메뉴판에 없지만 주문하면 줍니다. 225파운드 기자 피라미드 걸어서도 금방가고 에어컨 냉장고도 있습니당. ”
