This was a great stay! Prime location with awesome views of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Rooftop restaurant was superb and great food selections and reasonably priced. Hotel staff very accommodating. Has reasonable laundry service. Offers free pickup from airport. We were very pleased with our stay.

Location is highly desirable. On major highway, but across from GEM, and down the street from pyramids. Airport pickup (not drop off) is complimentary; as is the daily breakfast buffet at rooftop restaurant. Staff is very friendly and hospitable, coordinating before your check in to plan your trip in Giza (thank you Kareem & Youssef). Water pressure was fantastic, hot water in the evenings. Limited channels on tv. Firm mattress. Beautiful views of the GEM from our suite, lit up at night and able to see the pyramids too.

Good variety for breakfast. View of pyramid and GEMs is a bonus. Rooms are clean, reception is friendly. The free airport pickup to hotel was appreciated, took away the stress of arriving in a new city. But make sure to contact the property to confirm pickup.

Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They arranged transportation for airport transfer, a Nile Dinner Cruise and the Grand Egyptian Museum. They even offered cab services after I had left. Thank you for everything!

Only one quick night here on a layover, but great staff and clean nice rooms with the view of the new museum and pyramids. I was on the 5th floor. Roof top is big and comfortable with nice views. Good value for the price

The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting GEM and pyramids. The room was clean and staff are very friendly. Good view on the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast was ok but would be better. The biggest issue was the lock of the room. It didn't work for couple times and had to go to reception for resetting. It's kind of ignoring.

Arrived late at night and was going to visit the Grand Egyptian Museum when they opened the next morning to fly home to Sweden later in the evening. Although the hotel is located across the street and directly opposite the museum, there is no pedestrian crossing, so you have to take a taxi there. The reception helped with that and the same taxi picked up my luggage from the hotel when I was finished with the museum, so I could go directly to the airport. The hotel is fresh and breakfast is served at the top with a view of the museum and the Giza pyramids in the distance. The only downside is that rooms facing the motorway are disturbed by the noise due to poorly insulated windows, but I slept well.

Property is so conveniently located near the GE Museum. Room was very spacious and clean, when you open the window you can see GEM and pyramids, amazing view! Sauna tub inside the room takes some getting used to. Two cons: 1. They add 12% service charge but one of the server said the property keeps all of it and they get nothing and asked for additional tip, which sucks if true that property keeps all of the service charge they collect 2. As with any tourist place be careful with the add on packages, they try to over charge you need to negotiate it down
