Great staff and very friendly service. The lobby was nice decorated for the holiday season and was expansive. The room was spacious, but needed a couple of cleaning adjustments when we first checked in. The views of the Nile from our balcony was nice as well! The reason I can only rate this hotel ...

Prime Residence Zayed Hills
Everything is as expected and more.. Clean rooms, safe environment, and excellent front desk staff. The only improvement that I can think of is sometimes, the staff gather at the front desk, talking with loud voices, which creates an un professional impression

Al Manzel Sheikh Zayed
The hotel is nice Owen on the reception was super nice and professional. The pool was okay no activities at night at all. And the most down side is the price it’s overpriced for the night stay and for everything inside the hotel.
