An older style motel which was beautifully presented. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. If the weather had been a little warmer the lovely clean pool was only metres away. The wifi was only okay and a little intermittent. The parking was very tight and a little difficult to negotiate. The gentleman at reception was polite and very helpful.

Wow what an amazing place.

What an amazing view and so close to the beach couldn’t have asked for more. There’s so much to do in Boyne Island/Tannum Sands, from swimming at the beach to fishing in the Boyne river or having a hit at the local golf club the activities are yours to be found. The shopping and restaurants are also something you can’t missed. Staying at Tannum on the beach was the best, so close to the beach,restaurants and shops that everything’s within walking distance. What an amazing place, couldn’t have been happier with the stay just amazing.

Tannum Sand amazing.

Tannum on the beach is amazing. If you like being close to the beach this is the place for you. The rooms are simple yet practical with all you need for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for restaurants there is a couple within walking distance and several takeaway shops in the area that have some amazing food. There is two shopping centres in the area which have a lot to offer so get in and check those out. The Gladstone area always have special events on throughout the year, such as The Gladstone harbour festival, Boyne Tannum hookup and many more, so be sure to check the calendar for these events. Overall Tannum on the beach is a well located and pleasant place to stay definitely worth a look.

One night stay

Bed and pillows were comfortable, the rest not so much, only 1 chair to sit on inside. Only other place to sit was on bed but pelmet above bed made it difficult. Screen door fell off, they did come and fix it quickly but did it again. Tv was hard to work. Cutlery draws need a clean. Outside unit in garden was neat and tidy.
