"This hotel was a great and safe location. The room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Our room had a smell in it coming from either the bathroom drainage system or left over from a smelly mop. Otherwise the room was great! When we arrived back from our theatre trip, two of us wanted a coffee in the bar when the other two had a nightcap, only to be told the coffee machine had been cleaned so we couldn’t have coffee. Utterly ridiculous for a city centre hotel looking to attract travellers from all around the globe. The bar was open so I don’t understand this policy. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and tidy. The water pressure in bathroom was extremely low, so low that using the hand held shower nozzle there was no water coming out. The hot water was barely warm."

"My stay at Hotel Glasgow was great. Everything was clean, the room was plenty spacious for me, I had a great view. Whenever I had a question or needed anything the staff was helpful and if the person I asked didnt have the answer they took the time to find someone who did. One evening I had gone to a concert, was getting back late and there was a staff member checking room cards which I felt was was a nice for hotel security."

"Hotel was okay. Staff did not provide the VIP perks through Expedia and housekeeping still came in room with a do not disturb sign on door."
