โEveryone was very welcoming and friendly.
The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great.
Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient.
Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made.โ
โLovely hotel in beautiful grounds and well kept gardens with outdoor seating with tables. Rooms light and bright, large comfortable bed, bath, shower everything that you need. Decor throughout hotel was excellent with dining area for evening meal with good choice of menu. Breakfast room was light and airy with pleasant views to the gardens. Staff always seemed very pleasant and helpful, rooms cleaned and fresh towels and bed linen. An enjoyable stay.โ

Absolutely amazing staff who made us feel very welcomed. The most delicious food and drinks. The overall atmosphere of the countryside was breathtaking and so peaceful.โ

Good gym and pool. Toilet cluld do a refurb but but nothing major.

โThis is the third time I stayed at the Smokies Park hotel.
I enjoyed the quiet surroundings and friendly services in particular.
Without a doubt, breakfast and dining is superb.
Only thing they could improve is the shower tab.

โDecided last minute to book here and must say i enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and are very helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfy. On the firm side but just how i like. Even the rooms were air conditioned which is nice. โ
โExcellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the ยฃ5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra ยฃ5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...
