깔끔하고 서비스가 친절한 직원분들이었습니다. 복도에서 특유의 냄새가 나긴했지만 실내는 깨끗했고 조식 또한 만족스러웠습니다 :)

Room has bad light to read. Ants in the room and in the bathroom. WIFI was very weak. We booked room with mountainview, indeed we have got maybe the worst view of all. We were very disappointed. But we liked the hotel in Holbrook. Not to compare with you.

Front desk was unwilling in any way shape or form to do any early check-in. They were abrasive and rude when it came to the checking in process, and refused to help a fellow guest move their luggage across the lot to the other building. Shower temps were not stable unless you wanted it extremely hot or cold. Breakfast was not ready until well after 6 am.

We book the pool to swim. Unfortunately its closed, without informing us ahead. Only waffles considered hot food for breakfast.

Creepy room with water leak, dim light, old closet, corner room with weird front door and weird bathroom. Immediately leave without hesitation even though is paid and get no refund. Don’t want to spend a second in the room.

Photos are photoshop., POOL is GREEN and non-usable. Property is dated and falling apart.. DIRTY and rooms and sheets dirty. Staff are teenagers who do not care.. everything is falling apart.. Staged PHOTOS.. DO NOT GO THERE

The property is in terrible condition. Leaking toilet --onto the floor of the bathroom, doors that did not shut properly, molding and tile falling off walls, dirty, poor front desk service, swimming pool was closed and filled with dirt, paint was not matched, no caulking, paint and dry wall compound drips everywhere. Total hell hole. 6.8 review on your website was overly generous. I'd give it a 1!

Don’t be fooled by the hotel website photos. Outside pool is now a concrete slab featuring two picnic tables. Inside pool is seasonal opening on Memorial Day. Our room had no heat/cooling upon arrival, phone was so static-filled that we had to resort to cell phones to call front desk. Fortunately there are plenty of stores nearby as the “gift shop” is virtually nonexistent On a positive note, beds were super comfy and the view (at a premium cost) is fantastic.

Hall way stunk. Needs renovated badly, looks like a 1 star hotel, if even a star. Beds were hard, tv remote wouldnt work unless you were right next to the tv. One good thing, they had a freezer in the fridge.

They have done a great job at creating a useful, quiet and lovely space with an old building. It was walkable to pretty much anything you needed. And the view was spectacular!

Multiple issues with room. Shower not working, water dripping, lights flickering, couldn’t pull curtains. Also billed three times for our room. Still waiting for this to be sorted.

Check in was seamless. Staff wete pleasant. Room had broken safety lock, toilet than ran over once and baely hot water. We notified desk of lock but maintenance was hone for day. I temporarily fixed with key as a screwdriver.

The water for bathing was very lukewarm and the toilet was extremely noisy. The furniture was very old and worn.

Horrible is not enough to describe the hotel setting and the manager's attitude. Sink is clogged;no power on microwave, refrigerator and TV. It caused us about 2 hours to fix all these issues. Not even one word to apologize instead of calling my husband " nasty" while my husband was taking photos on sink, microwave ,TV. She said we are the only guests using microwave and refrigerator, she even threatened us she's going to call police because she thought we were take photos on her. All the cups, coffee pods dropped on floor when she was fixing the power cords. She just put the cups and pods back to the table from the dirty carpet. We decided to check out about 2130. Because we feel we have been humiliated,and don't know if probably the next problem will be. When we checked out ,the front desk girl said their computer system is down, she was not able to process the cancellation.She said we don't need to do anything, we can leave. Another front desk man said"m manager don't want to talk you anymore, or she is gonna call police.(For what???) 2000 night time,we hadn't had our dinner yet due to no power microwave issues started. We ended going to cross street Best Western @2000. I request to get full amount refund and the worst review . I would like to report to the Quality director about this night time manager's mis -handling the situation . I haven'mentioned how they used the plunger tried to unclogg the sink, I had to use sanitizer wipe and clean ,

Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Tub faucet handles rusting. Thermostat in heater malfunctioning, when heat is on does not shut off at set temp.

After I took shower and came out, I felt something sticky below my foot and noticed that the bathroom has not been cleaned for several years. There has been mould built up between the tiles in the bathroom and toward the back of commode. Not sure how to share the image on this app.

Bed was very hard. Water in tub would not shut off ran all night, and they know it is doing this. Floor was dirty, was supposed to have view of lake, had view of parking lot. First person we engaged with was pretty much, no. Second person, when we came back was much nicer. I get it, this is a low value chain, but when a basic television takes 15 minutes to finally turn on… come on.

Sink drain took forever to drain. Hot water was hit or miss and was told with the hotel being full .. the hot water was being drained. Was told to take a shower at an odd time lol. Only had two waffle makers for breakfast. White bread. First night there. No butter or jam. Great value milk and yogurt. That’s it. For the price i paid, i expected a little more. Won’t be staying at this location again.

Outside and the halls were run down and dirty. Our room however was nice and clean. Breakfast was a joke. Dry cereal or toast, but no butter or jelly for it, you can only eat it dry. And if you ask for anything they look at you like you are crazy. Decent for the low price. Bring your own food.

No elevator, no mention on web site. Stairs to 2nd floor were dirty and unsafe, handle rail had bolts that would catch your fingers going down. Several tiles were separated from wall in bathroom, drain on tub was inoperable. Obviously will not be returning! Breakfast was very limited, only cereal, juice, bananas and waffles.
