Unsure if the room was cleaned before my arrival. No towels in the room. Had to use lamp extension cord for CPAP. Floor was old filthy carpet. Way to much money for this quality of hotel. Staff was plesant though!

We are very sorry to hear that your stay was not 100% It is an older building so we do have to run cords for plug ins as there are not many.

Really loved the sherpa/fleece throw on the bed. Floors seemed very stained and a little sketchy.

Clean enough, not immaculate - everything a bit dated. Mattresses not comfortable. Television was small. Parking lot not well lit. Bathroom needed updating and an upgrade. Heater was loud. Needs to be updated and repaired. We've stayed here before and knew what to expect, but this property only deserves three stars maximum. Most redeeming features are price (cheap, as it should be) and location (easy in and out).

We are sorry that you have not enjoyed your stays with us. We have been slowly updating our hotel but this does take time. But we do try to keep our prices fair as we are not an extremely new hotel. But we do offer a lot of better things than most as a nice hot breakfast and a very friendly staff. Sorry that we did not meet your expectations.

My home away from home
Not the most fancy hotel, but you have everthing you need! The staff always help out with everything! The breakfast is super and we even get beverages throuhout the day. I am coming back - again!!

Don't judge a book by its cover because you'll arrive and say "no way" but this place is a hidden gem for the price you pay. Nice, clean rooms. Comfortable beds with nice linens. The breakfast is much smaller than you typically find at other hotels but it was enough to put something in your belly for the road. All in all, you'd be very much mistaken to pass this place by if you judge it by only the exterior.

The only problem was when we got back to our room after our event the key didn't work. So at 11:30 we have to go find someone to let us in. Staff was extremely nice. I would still recommend Glendive Lodge. Very clean and very welcoming. 😊

the property needs updating...rooms are good but carpets are dirty and the rooms have an overbearing fabreeze like smell that makes you wonder what they are covering up

The tv didn’t work. Told to unplug and plug back in. Couldn’t access the plug as it was behind a dresser. Had to take a drawer out. Tv still didn’t work. Moved us to another room. Same problem. Went to read. Lamps by the bed didn’t work. Went to use the lamp in the corner. Couldn’t be plugged in as it was too far from the plug.

This is the first time we had dirty towels left in the bathroom when we arrived. The whole place had an odor. Breakfast was prepackaged danish and weak coffee. Horrible.

An amazing value and the friendliest people working there. The airline lost my bag for three days, and they went above and beyond to provide me what they could, directed me to where I could get anything else! Cute and kitschy rooms, great location, excellent parking. Will stay again when I’m back.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was so nice and quiet after turning the a/c off! Breakfast was ok. First time I’ve ever had housekeeping knock to see if we were still in our room.

Housekeeping was below average as there was hair and dust on the bathroom floor when we check in and general upkeep in the entire bathroom was poor, tub, toilet and walls.
