"Neya at the front desk was wonderful! Very friendly, helpful, and a joy to see each morning. The hotel is very well decorated and feels nice to be in. The pool is a nice perk. However, there is no lifeguard (which is fine, it is a small indoor pool), but some adults do not supervise the children enough. The ducks, gift shop, and each decorated corner you turn was wonderful. The rooms are pretty, but I am a person who pays attention to cleaning details. Things were dusty, floors were dirty, the bathroom floor had sticky spots, bathroom wood was definitely not wiped and dusty. And please stop using the non-washed decorative pillows and bedding - it is gross. Our checkout was 11. We went to breakfast and fed the ducks. Housekeeping entered our room before 10:00, and we were told we could not go back in by the housekeeper. We still had an hour to check out. Neya at the desk apologized and was wonderful about it- as she was with everything. We used the bathrooms downstairs and left the hotel 1 hour earlier than expected. Aside from this, we did love it there, 5 year old did too! We would give it one more try."

"The computer did not work, and the attendant charged me twice for the same items, finally, the housekeeper was banging on my door 6:00am. However the room was nice"
"The check-in/out clerks were really helpful and nice. The room was fine. Not super clean, but not dirty. The pools were very nice. I would skip the restaurant. It's nice to get into Dutch Wonderland an half an hour early, but a lot of rides were not open (not hotel's fault - just info.)"

"Well maintained, seems newish. Staff was nice. Breakfast was plentiful with different choices on our 2 days here.
Make reservations today for that Fireside Tavern that's right next to the property. It gets booked up fast, so it's better to know now rather when you're pulling up to the hotel."
