“Avoid the food. Hairdryer in the room has safety mechanism which means it cuts out after 30 seconds and you have to wait 60 seconds for it to cool down before using it again.”

“Rooms are spacious and comfy, breakfast was so lovely and served in a beautiful old building. The staff are all so kind and friendly. Beautiful location. Would 100% stay here again!”

“The staff were lovely , the food was fine , the room was nicely decorated etc. However the room was freezing and the heat didn’t come on a few times when it was meant to. It was 3c outside and on our first evening before dinner we sat with our coats on waiting for the heat to be fixed . No heat came on the second morning at all and I had to phone reception at 8.30 to ask for it be reset . Also the shower was lukewarm the first morning of our stay which also needed fixed. Think the plumbing needs...

“Have stayed multiple times over the past 2 years never had any issues getting glasses with ice for the room was told no even tho I had stated I was staying. Went to reception to be told to go into the cafe boulevard to get it mentioned to the lady at reception that I had spoken to them and wouldn't give me any to be told she cant leave reception and that nothing else could be done. Had to also go and ask for a bath plug as there wasn't one attached or in any of the drawers within the room....

“Room very small for 4 star furniture in hotel.its self very dusty not enough light in room.only double bed not good breakfast just ok restaurant outside excellent for food and staff amazing love bunbeg but hotel little disappoint ing the rate you gave us was £360 ,but we paid extra told the manager n o entertainment especially Easter I called our room a box room if we paid more would have got better room but to me not 4 star for the money many thanks”

“Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you don’t know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you can’t go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again ”
