Great place to stay the night just a block or two from the downtown area. The room was clean and comfortable, better than the initial outside impression.

Very nice hotel in the cute town of Rifle CO, seemed to be family operated and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. To be sure it's an older motel, but very pleasant and reasonably priced.

Very welcoming, we were there for only one night but enjoyed being in downtown Rifle. Motel on a busy street but our sleep was not interrupted. It seemed to us that every effort was made to make it comfortable from the charming way the towels were arranged to the breakfast offering which wasn’t fancy but the coffee was fresh and everything was well stocked. Nice mattress, good lighting in room…sometimes you don’t need fancy, you just need a smiling face after a long drive and a feeling that you’ll be taken care of.

An older property, but clean and comfortable. Good access to local dining and shops. Top notch breakfast included, as good or better than any experienced at any hotel. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

Breakfast was ok. The carpet was old and squares glued together. Bath was nice and clean. Exterior of building was littered and had cigarette butts and cobwebs everywhere.

Andrew at the front desk was wonderful! We are elderly (84) and he kept a parking spot right by our door available for us. He also got as an extra chair for the room. There was a very good complementary breakfast with hot food (eggs, potatoes, sausage), a waffle maker and much more. Larry

The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and clearly cared for. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and went far beyond a typical continental breakfast. At this price point, we certainly did not expect scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon, and the fresh fruit selection was an added bonus. It was such a pleasant surprise to start our morning with a delicious breakfast. Thank you for helping make the beginning of our day a happy one!
